whether you know me, don't know me, or at the very least think you know me, i think i know myself a bit better, and have come to understand mankind to a sufficient point where i can boldly say that no matter how much it appears we know someone, there is always that slight bit to know a little more.

so that's what this blog is about. insight into who i am, how i tick, why i say what i do, why i do what i do. opening up has never been an easy thing for me, so i hope that what i have to say in this forum isn't lost on anyone, looked passed, or goes over anyone's head.

i guess no-ones life is interesting until it is taken account for by means of figurative pen to paper. who needs a memoirs when you have a blog right?

on a final note, i sincerely hope not to come across as too abstract. i'm all for baring your soul at free will, but i do believe some details need to be censored when information is broadcast on the world wide web. don't get me wrong, i'll be the first to support alternative-indie cult music which makes no sense whilst making all the sense in the world, but personally, that's not my style. so if the case presents itself where i am being insufficiently forthcoming to the point where i may as well be communicating in gibberish, a heads-up would be highly appreciated.

with that, enjoy what you read. or at the very least, before dismissing what i say, see it in a critical eye as a young teenagers first legitimate attempt to make writing his future.

I’m a big Taylor fan as well. Taylor, I’ve known since the beginning of her career, Faith and I’s soul to soul tour, Taylor opened for us with an acoustic guitar and another guitar player, she was out playing for these huge audiences. The thing that I’ve admired about Taylor and watched about Taylor’s career is her talent. Not only is she a great singer, I love her singing and I love her voice and I love the way she interprets what she does and how she owns herself, how she owns her music, owns her style, but I think she’s one of those rare songwriters that comes along every now and then in a music career that cuts such a great weight that everybody gets caught up in it. She truly is, really a remarkable songwriter. All the other talent speaks for itself, she’s a great singer, she’s a beautiful girl, she’s very smart, she’s got great style, all those things are there and you see them but her songwriting to me, I think is just spectacular.
